At Bella Bridesmaids, each dress is made-to-order based on your specific wedding party requirements; therefore, we offer a specialized return process to ensure your group's cohesive look. While custom orders are final sale, select boutique items may be eligible for exchange or store credit within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Review Eligibility

  Check your order confirmation to verify if your items are eligible for return, as custom-dyed bridesmaid gowns and altered pieces are generally non-returnable.

  Request a Return Authorization

  Contact your local Bella Bridesmaids showroom or use our online portal to submit a return request and receive your unique Return Authorization (RA) number.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the unworn, unwashed items with all original tags attached and include your RA paperwork inside the shipping box.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Affix the provided shipping label and drop the package at any authorized carrier location, keeping your tracking number until your credit is processed.
